All standard orders are shipped via USPS within 1 to 3 days after they are received. Custom and larger orders are shipped within 1 to 5 days after they are received. Please let us know at the checkout screen if you would like any additional features included with your shipment, as well as any other important shipping instructions.
- We offer free shipping on all orders of $50 or more! Once your shopping cart reaches $50 in products, a free shipping option will become available under the “Shipping and Handling” box.
- If you order 1 to 2 items, they will be shipped USPS First-Class Mail without tracking.
- If you order 3 or more items, they will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with tracking.
Approximate Delivery Times
- First-Class Mail: 3 days average, can take up to 7.
- Priority Mail: 1 to 3 days.
**Please make sure to check your shipping address for accuracy. If a package is returned to us due to an error in the address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
Local Pickup & Delivery
- We offer a local pickup (free) option to residents located in the downtown/midtown Sacramento area. Visit your shopping cart and simply use a local zip code when calculating shipping – the pickup option will become available under the “Shipping and Handling” box.
- Due to the nature of our handmade artisan goods, our products are unable to be resold if returned, and therefore prevents us from accepting any returns.
- Unfortunately, there are no refunds for shipping on orders that have already shipped. This includes orders that have already been sent, returned, refused or sent back.

you do the following:
- Damaged Orders: Take adequate photos of the damage and attach them in an e-mail.
- Lost Orders: Wait 5 to 7 days past the expected delivery date to ensure that your order is not lost in the mail.

Order Changes & Cancellations
At Sudz by Studz it is our goal to have your order processed and ready for shipment within hours of receiving it. Because we process orders so quickly, please note the following:
- Changes: To make a change to an order, you must contact us within one hour of your order placement.
- Cancellations: All orders cancelled after packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee. To best avoid this fee, contact us as soon as you know that you would like to cancel your order.
Customs, Duties & Fees
- Sudz by Studz is not responsible for duties, taxes, custom fees, or the like, on orders. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be refunded because the buyer does not want to pay any of the aforementioned.
