Opening a business comes with many uncertainties. One of the biggest hurdles start-up companies have is trying to maintain, as well as develop, production while keeping their customers satisfied with their goods and services. While confident in our product, and our capacities to provide quality customer service, we still wondered how our company would be received by our customers. After all, anyone navigating through the first year of operations is still figuring out who their ideal customer is.
We are humbled by having received our ideal customer at the front door. Our launch was an unmatched success and we have YOU, the customer, to thank for that.
